I have seen a trip I like. How can I ask for information?

How are reservations made?

After contacting us, we will work out all the details of your trip together. Your reservation will then be confirmed upon payment of a deposit.

You can count on us to be your point of reference at every stage of the journey. We are always on call, 24/7, by phone, email or WhatsApp.

How is payment made?

Payment is in the form of a deposit upon confirmation, with the subsequent balance paid directly at the facility.

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or through the Nexi platform by clicking on the link we will send for payment by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Trips, experiences and services can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is made within 10 days from the date of arrival, only the deposit will be retained without having to pay the balance. If the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit can be used as credit towards a subsequent stay within the same year.

Who will I have as a point of reference?

For any questions, clarifications or requests during the trip, you will always have us as a point of reference.

We are available 24 hours a day to help with all types of bookings, tours and services.

Are services included in booking the trip?

In our travel proposals, all included services are listed in the offer and defined in detail at the time of booking.

Services that are not specified can still be added separately.

How does the “Create Your Own Trip” option work?

This section of our site is designed to simplify the creation of your holiday.
In just a few steps, tell us about the trip you have in mind and, in no time at all, we will respond with a tailored proposal.

If a tour does not reach the minimum number, can it still go ahead?

Any tour on our portal can be activated separately by creating a customised offer for the individual guest.

If any experiences do not take place, will they be reimbursed?

Each experience is specified at the time of booking and will be enjoyed during your stay.

How does the rental service work?

We offer both vehicle hire with and without driver services. If you rent a vehicle with driver, one of our chauffeurs will be at your disposal to accompany you. For rentals without driver, your vehicle will be brought directly to you at your facility on request for maximum convenience.

I have special needs. Is it possible to customise my stay?

Of course! Together, we can customise each experience, tour or service according to your needs.
